Itinerary


08.00 a.m.
Pick up from your hotel, heading north of Chiang Mai to Mae Ngad Dam in Sri Lanna National Park. Mae Ngad Dam was first built in 1977 AD. as the biggest earth fill dam in Chiang Mai. It took 9 years to finish. The dam has a maximum storage capacity of 265,000,000 m3

Arrive in Dam
Board on the longtail boat to the floating house in the middle of the dam. Enjoy swimming in the dam, kayaking in the lake area if you prefer to. You might lucky to see monkey or beautiful Kingfishers, jumping from the slide, Water biking and more as you prefer. Fill you holiday with beautiful surrounding of the nature of the dam before taking the longtail boat back to the main land.

Noon
Lunch in the floating restaurant with local Thai food and relax in the atmostphere as in the middle of nowhere.

After lunch
visit to Bautong Waterfall or known as Sticky waterfall by the visitors. As the name of the waterfall, sticky means sticky. You could walk and climb from the bottom of the waterfall to the top by bare feet! The natural waterfall created by the natural limestone whichgive clear crystal water. In the atmosphere of the forest in the shaddy trees which good for you to feel relax and peaceful. After the sticky waterfall, heading back to Chiang Mai.

   -T shirt and shorts on the day
   -Sandals or flip-flops for the easy program
   -Walking / Trekking shoes
   -Appropriate dress for the temples (Pants or skirts below the knees.)

Weather tips!
November - February.
During the winter in Thailand, the temperature is between 5 - 12 degrees Celsius / 41 - 54 degrees Fahrenheit. YOU SHOULD BRING COAT OR JACKET . This is the best time for traveling in Thailand, due to the nice and cool weather. The landscape is covered with blooming flowers and lush vegetation which makes the bio diversity of birds and wildlife plentiful.

March - May.
This is summer time, the temperature is between 28 - 33 degree Celsius / 82 - 91 degrees Fahrenheit. The hottest time of the year is April, when temperatures can reach as high as 43 degree Celsius / 109 degrees Fahrenheit. Bring something light and thin to wear. Hat, sun glasses and sunscreen is recommended.

June - October.
This is the rainy season, the temperature is between 18 - 25 degree Celsius / 64 -77 degrees Fahrenheit. An umbrella or rain coat are recommended. Flip flops or thongs are the best shoes to wear during these months
